While driving from Sedona to the Grand Canyon in Arizona early one morning we came upon these Elk. My husband practically did a u-turn in the middle of the road to get a better look at them. They allowed us to quietly get out of the car and walk toward them. We kept our distance so we didn’t spook them off, but getting this close to the herd was awesome.
