This photo was taken during a recent trip to St. Augustine, Florida. I haven't been there since I was a kid, and I forgot how much history is in the city (even if it is a bit kitschy). The lions fronting the Bridge of Lions are one of the most photographed sites in the city, and I can see why. They’ve been guarding this site since 1925 (with the exception of a brief removal in the early 2000’s when the bridge was being worked on).
