Walking the walls of Dubrovnik provides amazing views not only inside of the walled city but also out to the sea. The sea seems to sparkle in the afternoon sun, and the impressive walls built into the rock below add the perfect backdrop. We did a kayak trip like the one pictured here while in Dubrovnik, and it gave us a great opportunity to view the city from yet another perspective. We enjoyed it immensely, and if you have a waterproof camera, you can also get some wonderful shots of the walls and sea from that angle!
