Antibes Harbor (Antibes, France)

11.22.2012- Antibes is a small town on the French Riviera.  Fort Carré, a 16th century fort standing over the harbor once held Napoleon Bonaparte as a prisoner.  The town’s atmosphere is particularly inviting and less crowded than many of the Riviera towns.  I found it twice as relaxing and enjoyable as Nice.  There was a wonderful little covered market, a picasso museum, and quiet side lanes to stroll.
